Our board of directors are not only successful women in business but are also former high school and college athletes. These women learned at a young age, the challenges of balancing education with sports. They are competitive and hard-working, but also passionate in giving back to their communities.
Laurie H. Argo
Ms. Argo is a Co-Founder and President and became a member of the board of directors of TRAULYN, a non-profit organization providing necessary items to student athletes, upon inception in February 2022. Ms. Argo has served on the boards of multiple public companies and currently sits on the boards of Solaris Energy Infrastructure (NYSE: SEI) and Viper Energy (NASDQ: VNOM).
With over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Ms. Argo most recently held a variety of senior-level and executive positions within Enterprise Product Partners and currently continues to provide consulting services for clients within the industry. Ms. Argo earned an MBA from National University in La Jolla, California and graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas with a BA in Accounting. Ms. Argo maintains various memberships including the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and has been a volunteer for Fort Bend Seniors – Meals on Wheels since October 2020 and continues to volunteer with a variety of other organizations throughout Fort Bend and Harris Counties, Texas.
Ashley Ronald Nelly is a marketing and communications leader with 25+ years of experience driving growth across industries including professional services, technology, energy, politics, and consumer goods. Her career spans executive roles in marketing, branding, corporate communications, and operations—both in the U.S. and abroad. She has led global expansions, mergers, and rebranding initiatives; built high-performing teams; and advised executives on governance and growth. Known for her collaborative and strategic approach, Ashley combines vision with practical solutions. Previously, as Deputy CMO at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, she played a key role in the firm’s merger after more than a decade leading the marketing division at Andrews Kurth.
A dedicated nonprofit leader, prior to serving on the Traulyn board, Ashley served on the board of Avondale House, supporting individuals with autism. Ashley now channels her creativity into ASHNELL Interiors LLC and her award-winning children’s book series, The Adventures of Bay & Breezy—with a third title, The Job Hunt, coming in 2026. She lives in Houston with her husband, Christian, and enjoys family, creativity, and community.

Sharon Beemer
Ms. Beemer became a member of the board of directors of TRAULYN, a non-profit organization, upon inception in February 2022. Ms. Beemer is currently serving as an Outside Board Rep at the Outreach Center of West Houston through her affiliation with the Houston Junior League, in addition to the Board of Directors on the Greater Houston Port Bureau, Rice Business Partners Board, and a founding member of the 2021 Impact100 Houston. She has also served as a board member on various industry organizations, PERC, PFAA, and SWE.
With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Sharon began her career with The Williams Companies as a project engineer, moving through various increasing roles of responsibility with both Sun Oil, Delhi Gas Pipeline, and Vice President for DCP Midstream. Sharon’s most recent role is as Managing Director, Southern Region of the Americas for Vopak.
Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. Sharon and her husband, Kelly Keenan, have one daughter, Audrey, studying Chemical Engineering.
